About Travis
Hello future client! My name is Travis Mongroo, 35 years of age and I have been in the Fitness Industry for 15 years. I am NASM/CPR/AED Certified and have experience with all types of clientele. Ranging from ages 16-90 years old, I specialize in weight loss, strength training, functional training, bodybuilding, corrective exercise, and post injury recovery. I am well adapt in all aspects of Fitness and will help you reach your goals. Fitness is my passion and I want to see you progress each and everyday to achieve your goal.
