About Trainingbyamber

Specialize in weight loss and metabolism building. My clients see results because we work out hard and change eating habits but we have fun in the gym!

I love people and I'm competitive so I want clients to succeed because I want to succeed

Growing up with 7 older brothers, I always loved sports and being involved in anything outside. I can remember writing down my own workouts as young as 6th grade. I learned to push myself because I enjoyed the challenge of trying to get better and do more each week. My oldest brother was a body builder so I learned proper form and how to build muscle while also training fast twitch muscles with sprints and HIIT training.

I'm certified with NASM, and growing up playing sports including soccer and track, I incorporate sports training into my workouts at the level of the client. Working with athletes, I help train clients on speed, explosion power, and endurance.

About the lesson

I like to start off slow with new or beginning clients and allow their bodies and minds to catch up with form and discipline and continue pushing them each week as they continue getting stronger. This prevents injury but also builds long term benefits instead of quick fads that don't last both with the workouts as well as with the diet.

Everyone from young athletes needing specialized training, to moms who wanted to get back in shape, to men wanting to build muscle and size, to older individuals wanting to keep strength and balance. Everyone can and should move their bodies no matter what injuries or complications they have. I take an individualized approach to everyone.

Most sessions are purchased on a monthly basis giving clients a budget for the month as well as a discount for purchasing more sessions at once. It ranges around $200 depending on the number of times per week we meet, it can be more or less.
