I have been teaching fitness for over 20 years. I hold many certifications: Yoga, Pilates, TRX, Cardio, Weight Training, Indoor Cycling, Gliding Discs, Big Ball, Doxa-Soma-Exercise Practice with Christian Scripture attached to each pose.
