About Melissa

Hello! I'm Coach Mel - a physical therapist by trade and an online personal trainer by passion.

I help women and men who are limited in achieving their health and fitness goals because of pain and old injuries.

I bridge the gap between rehabilitation and reaching your fitness desires, whether it be weight loss, strength gains, cardiorespiratory endurance or a combo of all of the above without exacerbating your pains.

If you feel you need a personal trainer who has advanced education and experience in developing exercise programs for people who are still working around their injuries, then give me a holler so we can connect!

You will get a strategy call to make sure we are a good fit, virtual movement assessment, individualized training programs, and nutrition coaching!

Meeting new people across the US, making new friends and helping people lead healthier lives to feel their best!

Doctorate of physical therapy; practicing in outpatient orthopedics for 10 years.

About the lesson

1. Introduction through email.

2. Fill out Coach Mel's application.

2. Schedule a phone call to dive deeper into your goals and develop a plan.

4. Chat on the phone call to discuss your goals, make sure we are a good match and develop a plan of action!

5. Exercise program design, nutrition education and tracking if needed, goals worksheet, bladder diary if needed, kegel program if needed.

6. Squash goals and kick butt!
