About Rebecca
I am a non-traditional piano teacher in my approaches to playing and learning. I teach my students to play before they learn to read music, enabling them to progress much faster and with greater musicality than they're generally able to do when their playing is initially tied to being able to read from the page. I also teach my students to read music very differently than most people experience with traditional piano teachers, which makes the process much less tedious, more accessible, and more enjoyable than people have typically experienced with learning to read music.
