About Sheryl

Hello! I have been a Pianist/Instructor for thirty years where I perform at a number of venues here in Sacramento and the Bay Area and instruct from ages four plus, privately. Because of the busyness with my student and family schedules, I travel to my students homes.

I want all of my students to “enjoy” music. I am known for challenging my students, raising the bar but not introducing new music that the student is not capable of learning. I am classically and performance trained and bring that to my students as well.

I am an excellent instructor because I appreciate having positive relationships with my students, keeping my phone lines available during the week for questions and because of my teaching approaches.

Please feel free to reach out to discuss your desires to learn the piano. Whether myself or not as the instructor, I am positive I could help you find the right instructor to fit your needs.
