About Darshell
D.S. Education Alliance, LLC is an instructional company that provides a cross-curricular education in liberal and performing arts disciplines in the form of workshops, presentations and assemblies that meet state standards. In addition to this, group, individual and online lessons in Music are offered.
I'm a State Certified Music Educator who has been teaching for over 20 years. I have a Doctoral Degree in Education with a focus in Curriculum Development and Instruction from National University, I received my Masters Degree in Musicology at Rutgers University and my Bachelors Degree in Piano Performance at Lycoming College.
My students are successful because I observe and recognize various learning styles and teach according to the ability of each student. Each student learns at his or her own pace and reaches goals that are challenging, yet attainable. All of my students meet their musical objectives and walk away with a strong sense of accomplishment. This outcome is achieved because I enjoy the challenge of providing various teaching styles in order to put everyone of my students in position to meet his/her goals. All of my students achieve success.

New students are assessed in order to determine their learning style. Some students are visual learners while other students are aural or kinesthetic learners. Once the learning style is identified, then a logical course of study for the student to follow is devised.

Deadly! Truly exceptional trainer. Love the way she catches and makes my kid repeat playing when he makes mistakes on keybord. Online classes are always very clear. Im totally satisfied with her way of teaching. My kid is always excited to learn and practice.
