I would get to know the student, learn what is his or her strengths and weaknesses are.
Have a talk with the student about their goals and what they expect to get from these lessons. Then create a comprehensive plan for the student using those goals.
Learn what would excite them and implement them into the lesson to keep it engaging.
I believe that I work well with every student and is able to help the student to get the best out of themselves.

Professional communication. He is great at explaining concepts and make sure my kids understand it thoroughly. A dedicated, passionate tutor that you can’t find a lot these days.
TP is the coolest teacher ever. I'm not really into piano at first, but he has a special way to make every lesson interesting and engaging for his students
