About Leslie
My work goes beyond group classes and focuses on each client in a one to one session. I have a beautiful fully equipped studio with a view and ample street parking.
I help my client develop a personalized fitness program tailored to improve the quality of their life, excel at any sport or activity and achieve a balanced body.
I have been teaching since 1996 and continue to study many different modalities including Feldenkrais which I bring into my Pilates work. I'm very experienced those needing rehabilitation from injuries, trauma and surgery. I care about each client immensely and strive to keep my sessions fresh, alive and happening.
