About Tany
Creating an engaging and effective learning experience is paramount for students, a facet often lacking in traditional classrooms. This deficiency typically results in disinterest and a lack of comprehension in taught concepts. Instead of solely imparting information, there's a pressing need to delve into the reasons behind these concepts, fostering a deeper understanding. This is precisely the approach I intend to adopt. Pursuing my undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in the Department of Psychology and Neuroscience, I am captivated by the intricate interplay between biology and psychology. My focus revolves around comprehending how changes in the brain can intricately influence human behavior and physiology, encompassing the realms of drug impacts, personal experiences, and genetic factors. My extensive tutoring background spans across diverse subjects including mathematics, science, English, and Spanish, ranging from elementary to high school levels.
I am an undergraduate student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
Department of Psychology and Neuroscience. Fascinated by the intricate relationship between biology and psychology, I am particularly interested in exploring how changes in the brain can impact human behavior and physiology, encompassing areas such as drug influences, personal experiences, and the interplay of genetics.
