About Anchita
I have personal and professional experience with the test centers that parents pay thousands to help their kids tackle the SAT. For just 16 dollars an hour, I would love to use my insight and experience to help your child with their personal challenges, without a bunch of general advice they've probably already heard. I tutored under Kumon, an international reading and math center. As for my own SAT, I received 1580 out of 1600, with a perfect score in math.
I worked under Kumon, an international tutoring center for math and reading which specializes in making children learn independently. I personally think that tutors should help a child learn better, not just guide them.

I first ask what problems they personally feel I should address, and then I ask them to take a diagnostic test. A problem I've seen is that students will know what they are generally weak in (reading, math, etc.), but it's difficult for them to identify the specifics (synonyms, geometry, etc.).
I would say to find a teacher that caters to you. Don't let overpriced tutors give you general advice for what you are struggling with. The SAT is really daunting, and you need resources that focus on your personal issues with the exam.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Analyze what you are asking. Make sure what you want is communicated effectively and your teachers understand. Don't be nervous! Your teacher, if they are worth the money, should be listening to you. After all, they are there to help you.
