I started teaching my own children and students when I received my Blue Belt in 2007.
I have been training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for 13 years. I have owned a Jiu Jitsu academy in San Diego for 11 years.

Typically, we will talk about current goals and time availability. We would then move forward with a personalized program for each new student.
I have taught kids as young as 2 and with adults and elderly as old as 70.
Definitely try out a few teachers to see who is your best fit!
In November 2018 we had the amazing honor of partnering with Gold BJJ to teach a Self Defense Workshop to San Diego women. We are grateful for Gold BJJ’s generous offer to sponsor this workshop on a monthly basis, in hopes to positively impact as many ladies and young girls in the San Diego area through Self-Defense and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
