About Dr Marshall
I can help the dedicated, talented student by sharing my years of vocal and stage, recording and producing, composing and directing experience that earned me the Bon-Ton Foundation Fellowship, roles on operatic, commercial and festival stages in the EU and the USA. I bring what I learned from Eleanor Steber and Frank Valention (Metropolitan Opera), Ray deVoll (New York Pro Musica), dozens of recording sessions with Grammy-Award winning and nominated musicians and ensembles. As an award-winning composer, I have musicians like Toronto's Susan Graves, San Francisco's Elizabeth Hall, television star John Colley and a half a dozen recording labels to thank for inspiration. I have the privilege to maintain and grow professional relationships with leaders in all the 7 arts - and that allows me to make introductions and arrange auditions for gifted, hard-working students that very few other teachers and mentors can match. My LinkedIn profile and endorsements on my manager's website at (concealed information) tell some of the rest of what I bring to the recording, concert and touring worlds. I so look forward to meeting and working with vocal and composition artists who know what they want. Understanding what I wanted to accomplish is the only way I learned how to get the most out of the top conservatories, recording and gig worlds had to teach me.

Then, we discuss where they need and they want to be over the next months, a year... then, we agree to set up the ways and the means to get to their objective - with intermediate goals along the way. We review what they listen to, which composers move them, which approaches stimulate them to work hard...
