About Alondra
Hello, my name is Alondra Ochoa Arvizu, but many people call me Alo for short. I was born and raised in Modesto, Ca with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder). I began singing when I was in the high school choir during my sophomore year, and I still sing to this day. I studied music as a singer at Modesto Junior College where I got my Associate's degree in 2020 during the pandemic. I stayed home when I started my online courses for California State University, Los Angeles as a transfer student, but then I moved to LA a year later when I began my second year. I took singing lessons and did both my junior recital in September of 2022 and my senior year in May of 2023. I recently graduated with my bachelor's degree in Music Performance: Cum Laude, as a first-generation college student knowing that I dedicated my time and effort to my family, friends, colleagues, and myself. I feel like offering virtual lessons would be a great opportunity to everyone to start off slow and grow as we work together and create beautiful sounds. I hope everyone takes lessons with me as I will help out the best in my ability. Thank you! 😊
