About McKay
I have loved teaching others my whole life and have enjoyed teaching and certifying biy scouts in various merit badges, teaching roomates and friends who felt they had no hope how to cook and bake like they where born for it. Helping my siblings better understand their homework and reimagine lessons of all kinds. More recently I have been teaching swimming lessons to children and adults alike for safety in water as well as enjoyment and skill.
It started as a summer job. But I soon learned that its its something I am extremely good at. I learned that I can sense and discover all the little things in people that make them tick/ how to overcome their learning blocks and find new methods that help them excel.
I have taken Cake decorating and Cooking classes as well as made and sold my creations for others.
Ive trained to teach merit badges and swimming lessons and gotten cerified for both.
Have had allof of experience helping friends and family, tutoring them in their various schooling levels and issues. Both math and english.
I am by no means a miracle worker or some kind of genius. But I am very good at what I do and especially good at helping those with more unusual or difficult circumstances figure out ways for them that work. I do best with children under 15.
