2.ability
3.experience

-evaulations can be technical ability, tactical understanding and or knowledge of position and positional play.
I have trained players from 6 yeara old to 19 years old. From recreational to college level players.
Be willing to be open to learning something new. Every coach is different, just like every player is different. Be open to something different. The only thing scarier than failing, is regretting you never took a shot.
