Deadly! Coach Shane Cronin has been working with our son for about 2 months now. Content of sessions is impressive and progression was noticed immediately. Our son has worked with multiple trainers, both in California and Tennessee and we can honestly say that Coach Shane has created a training program that ranks #1 in recognizing and excelling the areas that our son needed to strengthen. We highly recommend Coach Shane!
