About Kristen
I am offering coaching for girls wanting to strengthen and improve their hitting. I believe technique is the foundation to success at the plate. I am a left-handed power hitter, but have knowledge in slapping and bunting as well. In addition, I have experience coaching infield, specializing in middle infield.
Between 2005-present, I played competitive travel softball for the Xplosion program from 2008-2016, varsity softball for Centreville High School (2012-2016), and college softball at UMW (2016-2017). I am currently Vice President of UMW club softball.

Players can expect a full evaluation with video analysis. From there, we will develop a practice plan for the player to achieve their desired goals. I will work one on one with the athlete to ensure they get the most knowledge out of each session. Everyone learns and understands differently, so every session is molded to the athletes needs.
