About Taylor
Looking to learn spanish? Lecciones de T can help! This program strives to help beginners learn the spanish language at a pace they feel most comfortable. As it is a scienfic fact that it is more difficlt for teenagers and adults to learn another language after the age of 5, Lecciones de T makes the process of learning a new language much more enjoyable in all aspects!
I was introduced to the spanish language frequently in my younger years, but it bothered me that I wasn't learning the language as fast as those around me, so I made the decision in secondary school to practice the language any chnace I got! That routine carried its way through middle, high school and now college as a minor in Spanish. The feeling I get when one of my students finally understands a new aspect in the art of the language is AMAZING! Learning a new language can be scary and intimidating, but with practice, the reward is greater than you could imagine.
I have taken various courses in my undergrauate career in Elementary Spanish as well as Intermediate reading and comprehension.

My typical process is to see where they are will the language first. In the past, I have worked with highschool students wo needed assistance outside of the classroom. In that cas, we looked over past in- class assignments to see what areas they were strugging in and went from there, I find that flashcards, teachable songs, written assignments and other tactics like these are successful for beginners!
I have worked with Elementary level, Middle school as well as High school Level students.
