My main pasion in life is Help people! I had the pleasure of practice medicine for 30 year. However, things in life have placed me lately in a spot where I cannot have direct patient care. It has been very challenging. I have had to learn a completely new world. I am currently Director of Quality for a large Primary Care Practice (4 locations, 100 employees) in Long Island, NY. Besides, we have one, so called, call center, in Caracas, Venezuela. There
My other great passion is teaching other people! It is simply a great pleasure for me share knowledge and be sure my team understand what they are doing, how to use new tools, how to make their work better an so on!
