About Jacqueline
I love helping people fall in love with the water. I have been swimming since I was 10 years old competitively and I know the joy that comes along with learning a new skill or getting a faster time. The main take away for my lessons and my students is a sense of accomplishment and body awareness in the water.
Seeing the progress students can make in such a quick period of time. So much of feeling comfortable in the water comes down to our mental approach. When I can help a student work through a mentla block to feel confidetns I feel like what I do has made a difference.

It depends on the age. Most new students will have a survery filled out by parents so I can get a gauge on where the student is with skill level. From there the first lesson will evaluate a check list of skills and we can move forward from there. I will have updates and check lists for all families and parents.
