During this hour of power, you will be competing against your personal best. All moves can be conducted seated or standing. But wait, there is more.
As an added bonus, if you have medical concerns or would like to maximize your health and wellness, Coach Erien provides access to Dr. Gregory Fryer, M.D. and Medical Direct Care Wellness Center, the home of personalized health and wellness plans. In addition to providing excellent Mind-Body Movement through Tai Chi and Qi Gong instruction, we are able to assist clients who need, want, and desire to take their health to the next level so that their Tai Chi Qi Gong gains are magnified resulting in greater physical, mental, and spiritual health. Dr. Gregory Fryer is a superior, integrative, functional medicine physician with an excellent team who is committed to educating, empowering, and encouraging all of our clients to feel better, have more energy, and fulfill their dreams.
Erien has been involved with Tai Chi and Qi Gong since 2015 and has received certifications and training from Dr. Keith Jeffries and Dr. Lamb (Tai Chi for Health). As a result of a commitment to excellence, Erien continued to develop her skills through ongoing training with David Dorian Ross (Taiji Fit), and Lee Holden (Holden Qi Gong) in order to bring the best experience to you. As one who greatly benefits from Tai Chi Qi Gong, I pass on the joys of movement and mindfulness.
