About Christopher

Students will recieve quality instruction from an instructor with over 10 years of thorough training on the violin. Mr. Bolduc was brought up in a musical family, embracing various different styles of music from a young age, learning much from his father; a professional drummer and recording engineer. Mr. Bolduc's teaching is aimed to to reinforce ones general love of music while promoting the dicipline and refinement of the art of playing the violin.

My original private instructor, Steven Bossert hired me to work with his students at Plant High School to give sectionals, masterclasses, and conducting their orchestra when he was away.

* Musical training since birth, 12 years of private lessons and instruction on the violin

* Suzuki Certified up to Book 2

* BA in Violin Performance from the University of South Florida

* MM (final year) at the University of Massachusetts Amherst

- TA to Professor Elizabeth Chang sharing 5 students

* Doctoral candidate for the upcoming Fall 2022 Semster

About the lesson

Phone consultation to discuss intentions of student. Instructor will notify the student if there are any materials they might need for first lesson.

I have worked with middle school, high school, college, and older. I have less experience with 10 and younger, but recently have been certified to teach violin through the Suzuki method for students of all ages.

Make sure that the instructor you are looking for loves what they are doing and are continuing to learn themselves.

Playing with the University of Massachusetts Graduate String Quartet has affirmed my love for chamber music. I enjoy working and learning from my collegues. The quartet helps me improve my individual playing, learn how to manage relationships and further refine my ensemble skills.
