About Sophia

(Online lessons during current health pandemic)

Enthusiastic and passionate violin teacher and professional. Would love to help share my passion for music as well as supporting your child with their education! Happy to be flexible tutoring/helping your son or daughter during the week, and am also available on weekends!

I am very patient, reliable, and love working with children of all ages. I have a Bachelor and Masters in music from The Juilliard School and am currently based in New York City. I have over 5 years of teaching experience, as well as over 15 years of care/babysitting experience. If you are looking for lessons or are just looking for your child to be watched by someone thoughtful and passionate about spending time with kids, please contact me!

Connecting with people of all ages, through playing and teaching, is at the heart of what I enjoy about sharing music. I love seeing the process of watching students discover music as they learn the instrument!

Bachelor of Music from The Juilliard School (2014-2018)
