About Susan
I am Susan, originally from the UK but with experience living and working in many countries.
I lived for 37 years in Southeast Asia before Covid, based mostly in Singapore and Malaysia. I also lived in Indonesia for a while (memorable!) and east Malaysia. So you see, I do love travel and culture.
In Asia I worked in teacher training at NIE International and conducted corporate training in many different industries including finance, health and petroleum.
Here in the UK I conduct a lot of online training for individuals and groups. My main areas are communication skills (presentations, good pronunciation, interpersonal skills, leadership, creativity and innovation, wellbeing, business writing and positive influencing. And many more besides!

If you like an interactive session with lots of thought-provoking tasks that reflect your language and learning needs, then you've come to the right person. I take the discovery approach, allowing you to shape how you learn. I can propose learning paths that will be successful for you but always have an ear to listen to your suggestions! I think learning should be enjoyable and insightful.
My experience: I have a background in English literature, English language teaching and positive psychology. I have trained people from all over the world. I was based in Southeast Asia for 37 years and will be going back there for a trip soon!
I mostly train adults but I have some marvellous secondary school students who are my exceptions! I look forward to meeting you soon to discuss your goals and preferred learning styles.
