About Ivy
I have 10+ years of experience as a singing tutor and hold an Associate of Music in Contemporary Vocal Techniques. I love working with young children and early teens, using creative and playful methods to make learning fun. My lessons focus on building stage presence and confidence, especially for school plays and talent shows. I use games, movement, and storytelling to teach important skills like pitch, rhythm, and vocal basics. These activities keep students engaged and excited about singing. I have a strong passion for folk songs, Disney songs, and musicals—all perfect for developing age-appropriate technique. Building confidence and listening skills is at the heart of my teaching. I believe music should bring joy, so I create a safe and welcoming space for every student. Helping kids discover their unique voice and enjoy making music is truly rewarding. Whether a child is shy or outgoing, I support them with patience and encouragement. Together, we explore their musical potential and help them shine on stage. Learning to sing can be a fun and exciting journey. I’m here to make sure it’s also a safe one. With the right guidance, young voices can truly sparkle.
