About Rodrigo

I am a trained yoga and Pilates instructor, holistic therapist and wellbeing professional with experience supporting people through movement, relaxation and personalized care. My approach is calm, attentive and grounded, with a strong focus on making each client feel comfortable, respected and properly supported.

I teach because I believe yoga should adapt to the individual, not the other way around. Whether your goal is to improve flexibility, build strength, manage stress or simply create more balance in your routine, I will design each session around your body, experience and lifestyle.

I offer a professional, discreet and welcoming service, particularly suited to beginners, busy professionals and clients who value the privacy and convenience of practicing in their own home.

About the lesson

My private yoga sessions are fully tailored to your body, goals and lifestyle. Each lesson may combine mindful movement, mobility, strength, flexibility, breathwork and relaxation, depending on what you need that day.

Sessions typically last 60 minutes and can take place in the comfort and privacy of your own home. I create a calm, supportive and discreet experience, with clear guidance and careful attention to alignment, comfort and progression.

As an experienced yoga and Pilates instructor and holistic therapist, I take a personalized approach rather than offering a generic class. Lessons are suitable for complete beginners, busy professionals, older adults and anyone looking to reduce stress, improve mobility, build confidence or develop a consistent personal practice. No previous yoga experience is required.
