About Gwenaelle
My day-to-day job as an International Talent Agent/Manager in the Music Industry requires me to inspire artists to create, let themselves be vulnerable through their music all the while providing them with support in a high pressured, extremely competitive and fast paced environment. I guide them to make the best business decisions possible and more importantly, help them prioritize their well-being. I blend coaching, yoga classes and counseling in my approach for maximum life-changing result !

My classes are completely unique to students needs. We start with a short consultation to identify where you are at, presently. We then get into our bodies, the yoga class will be tailored to what will be of the highest good for your : strong, fluid, restorative - the list is endless. I will end the class with a guided meditation and we openly discuss what came up for you in the yoga practice and meditation. Identify where you need help and focus. I also offer programs which are based on this coaching/yoga hybrid towards truly connecting to yourself and walking your path with confidence.
