About Valérie
I am yoga teacher for 4 years
I am french and live in Montréal since 2023
I work with students on different countries and continent
I had an article on newspaper for my inclusive class for curvy students, I wrote article on Yoga and Music also
I trained in India for Hatha and Ashtanga, 5th Element Yoga with Matt Giordano in Germany, Curvy Yoga with Claire Castagne in France
My mantra is : Yoga is for everybody !

The class is for 75 minutes, we exchange before on your mood, how do you feel today...
We start by anchoring with breathe techniques, affirmation for the practice
Warm up time it can be on the floor, seating...
And we go to the core of the class depending of the focus of the day
Cooldown practice following by the guided relaxation
All you need is already inside as we said in Inside Flow (vynyasa Yoga evolution)
You just need to take this step for you ! You can't pour from an empty cup !
