About Nikki
Nikki enjoys sharing her expertise with beginners to help more people have an improved sense of well-being and feel healthier. After eight years of feeling the benefits of yoga herself, and with a passion for mental well-being, it was a natural progression to study as a teacher.
She has an ongoing study of the therapeutic application of yoga, covering subjects such as pregnancy yoga and yoga for arthritis. After experiencing the loss of her partner in 2020, Nikki knows first-hand how healing a regular practice can be and devotes her teaching to helping all people feel better.
