About Brandon
I’m 32 years old I’m from rural Kansas, I’ve lived in the Philippines four times, Japan, China I’ve visited Taiwan! I’ve been to all 50 states, everywhere I travel I always try to find something new and everything I eat gives me ideas for what I need to create myself!

I’m an experimental chef who blends a variety of different cultural cuisines together. I mostly cook pastas, vegetarian, soups, noodle dishes, and burgers. I’m married in the Philippines, my wife and I can assist you if you like Philippine cuisine.
You can check out my TikTok and my cooking channel on YouTube to see a lot of these meals that I’ve made. I suffer from Dysphagia (a swallowing disorder) and so I’m quite limited as to what I can eat. I’ve had to get very experimental with certain foods in order to make them to where I can swallow them.
The majority of what I make are pastas and soups. However, being married in the Philippines - my wife and I cook a lot of Filipino dishes together and so if you’re interested in Filipino cuisine - we can definitely assist you with that! By experimental, a lot of my recipes are like science experiments! Haha
