About Judithachieng

My name is Judith Oloo, and I am a passionate Early Childhood Educator with extensive experience teaching young learners in both local and international school settings. Throughout my career, I have been committed to creating nurturing, engaging, and child-centered learning environments where every learner feels valued, supported, and inspired to achieve their full potential.
I believe that teaching is more than delivering lessons; it is about shaping character, building confidence, and fostering a lifelong love for learning. My approach combines strong classroom management, differentiated instruction, creativity, and genuine care for each child's academic, social, and emotional development. I strive to ensure that every learner feels safe, respected, and motivated to participate actively in the learning process.
I want to teach because I am deeply passionate about making a positive impact in children's lives. There is nothing more rewarding than witnessing a learner gain confidence, master a new skill, or develop curiosity about the world around them. I enjoy helping children discover their strengths and encouraging them to become independent thinkers and problem solvers.

About the lesson

Hi! I'm Judith, and I am absolutely passionate about the early years — the most important and formative stage in a child's life. I bring over 20 years of specialist experience teaching children aged 3–9 in top international schools in Nairobi using the British National Curriculum, the Cambridge International Primary Programme, and the Montessori approach.
I hold a Master of Education in Early Childhood Education from Kenyatta University, a Bachelor of Education, and I am registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC). I am UK CPD-certified in Safeguarding & Child Protection and hold a current Police Clearance Certificate — so parents can have complete confidence and peace of mind.
In my current role I serve as a Stream Leader at an international school, mentoring fellow teachers while delivering outstanding lessons daily to children aged 6–7. As a former Early Years Head Teacher, I grew a school's enrolment by 25%, mentored five teachers, and built literacy and numeracy programmes from the ground up.
My lessons are warm, structured, and genuinely fun. I use play-based activities, songs, games, storytelling, and hands-on tasks to make learning stick — and I always tailor every session to your child's pace and learning style.
