i base my teaching on previous experiences, i sometimes have clients shadow my workouts and routines, other times i would guide them, whichever it is i ensure not only that they are learning and understanding what they are doing, but also pushing them to believe in themselves. The program will differ each time and will always look to get the best out of each person, incorporating everything I have picked up over the years from having train with different professionals in the field of fitness and bodybuilding.
