About Joao

I am an experienced software engineer specialed in backend development and artificial intelligence. I hold a Master's degree in Computer Science and plenty of experience as an TA and university lecturer. Furthermore, I hold a strong technical skill set, proficient in languages such as C#, Python, JavaScript, and Golang, with expertise in machine learning and backend development.

Currently, I work as a software engineer at a FAANG company, where I develop .NET Core REST APIs and builds ETL pipelines using Azure Synapse and PySpark. Before that, I worked at a silicon valley startup, developing gRPC microservices and designing CI/CD pipelines with Google Cloud Build. I have AI experience as an AI engineer, where he implemented machine learning models using Python, Scikit Learn, and TensorFlow.

In addition to my professional experience, João has worked on various projects, including an AI-driven platform that helps students learn programming through interactive feedback, and a GitHub bot that automatically generates documentation using AI.
