About Marcos
After a period in the organizational field where I worked, in Italy and abroad, in the Human Resources area for some large organizations (European Central Bank, AVL, Deloitte), for some years I have been dealing with what makes me happy, i.e. help and facilitation. My job is to accompany people to be more aware of who they are and why they do what they do. Most of the time we are pushed to undertake a path of personal knowledge following a problem, a crisis or in any case adverse circumstances. In these my work consists in encouraging and helping individuals to develop a practical response to a well-defined and circumscribed problem. Sometimes, however, one is driven to embark on a path of self-knowledge out of mere curiosity or to expand one's space where possible. In this case my task is to bring out decision styles and behavioral models in order to enable the person to an even more harmonious expression of his own self. Among the different methodologies that I apply, the two that I use most frequently and of which I am officially certified, are: - Bermolen-Dal Porto Dream Drawing A projective technique focused on the use of the language of dreams and symbolic images in order to help those who draw , to acquire a greater self-awareness and to draw on their deepest resources to improve their well-being by nurturing intuition and creativity. -Lego SeriousPlay Facilitation technique based on the use of Lego bricks as a metaphorical support for the expression, comparison and acceleration of decision-making, communication and problem-solving processes, able to bring out, catalyze and support innovation and potential latent "in real time" For personal development plans (eg training projects, career changes, etc.) I also often use the Personal Business Model Canvas and the Business Model U Being also ScrumMaster certified I apply the principles of this organizational model in accompanying people in the development of personal projects.
