About Adeyemi

Hey there! I’m Ola and I have practical experience in fashion design and garment construction, working with different styles and fabrics. I understand the challenges beginners and intermediate learners face, which helps me teach with patience and clarity. My approach is communicative learning for proper exchange of knowledge and I place great importance on practicals. With my course design, we use the easiest methods to achieve even the hardest designs. No fumbling over difficult methods in my classes. We also use the fun approach for the creative minds. A bit of hacks here and there for honing skills as well.

About the lesson

My lessons are hands-on, simple, and tailored to your learning pace. I teach fashion design step by step, covering measurements, fabric choice, pattern drafting, cutting, sewing, and finishing techniques. Each lesson is practical and interactive, allowing you to learn by doing. I adjust my teaching to your goals, whether you want to design for personal use or improve your overall skills, while creating a relaxed and supportive learning environment.
For beginners paper is used in place of fabrics, the art of measurements is properly taught, identification of tailoring tools and their uses is established then practicals on foundational wears, sleeves, necklines and hem types is carried out.
For intermediate classes, teachings are based on niche requests and if opted for the 3 in one package made of cooperate wears, street wears and a foundational custom made wear..
Practicals are carried out through class work and assignments and it is important to proceed to the next class
