About Lucie

Hi I’m Lucie, a womenswear designer and creative consultant with over 20 years of experience working across London, Europe and New Zealand. My career has included design and creative roles at Burberry, Mulberry, Topshop Unique, Markus Lupfer, and Kate Sylvester, giving me a wide perspective across luxury, contemporary, and high street markets.

I recently relocated to Sydney and now run my own creative consultancy alongside building my own fashion and lifestyle brand. I bring a considered, design led approach to everything I do, with a strong understanding of how the industry works and what it takes to build a meaningful career in it.

Mentoring is something I love. Inspiring people, helping them find clarity in their work, see their own potential, and take the next step with confidence is some of the most rewarding work I do.

Whether you’re a student, recent graduate, or designer looking to refine your direction, I’d love to help.

About the lesson

My sessions are designed for emerging designers, fashion students, and creatives looking to refine their portfolios, develop their personal aesthetic, or build a clear path into the industry.

With over 20 years of experience as a senior fashion designer across London and Europe, spanning womenswear design, creative direction, and brand consulting.

I bring real industry perspective.

Sessions are tailored to where you are: portfolio reviews, creative direction guidance, brand and concept development, or wider career mentorship.

Each lesson runs for 60 minutes via video call.

My approach is honest, considered and warm. I’ll give you direction that’s specific to your work and your goals.
