About Soumesh
I’m just a 21-year-old student who got tired of feeling stuck, lazy, and unhealthy—so I decided to flip my life. No fancy gym. No expensive diet. Just discipline, trial & error, and figuring out what really works. Now I help people like me—students, beginners, and regular folks—get fit, stay consistent, and actually feel good in their own body. I’ve been on both sides: the unmotivated guy with backlogs and the version of me that wakes up with purpose and moves different. If I can do it with zero equipment and zero motivation, so can you. Yo, I’m not here to scream “NO PAIN NO GAIN.” I’m here to keep it real with you. What we do: I’ll help you fix your diet without cutting everything you love (yes, you can still eat rice) I’ll give you super simple home workouts (even if you're lazy as hell) We'll set up a plan that fits your life—not something that burns you out No gym? No problem. No equipment? Chill, we’ll make it work. Every class feels more like a brother guiding you, not some fitness guru showing off his abs. You’ll start feeling results mentally and physically in just a few sessions. And yeah, first session’s free—so you’ve literally got nothing to lose but fat. Let’s level up.
