About Jayant

I am Jayant Raina. i am a 19 year old Law student. I want to share the knowledge i’ve gained over the years because ive seen plenty of “influencers” giving the wrong information and misleading millions for views. being a health club owner myself, i am aware of how it all actually works- personal training and all the weight loss weight gain scams that torture you to your limits. it is actually fun to get in shape and its not how it’s portrayed. its as easy as walking. i can help you know the secrets(rather underrated information) that could help you change your life. literally. its as easy as just eating sandwiches and loosing weight.

Hello! I myself am currently a 19 year old. My father used to own a health club, so i gained plenty knowledge myself. ive been boxing for 8 years now. i know about nutrition and how to strike the perfect balance that’s required to make a physical difference in your body. i can help you lose FAT, not weight but the unhealthy fat, and build muscle. condition your body and slowly look and FEEL better. i also help train combat sports.
