About Jessica
I am a Qualified Social Worker in the Gloucestershire area with a passion for supporting social workers and students to develop personally, and professionally, in order to thrive in the industry. My career has included working with children and adults and I have managed a range of services/teams across adult social care and mental health, as well as undertaking governor and trustee roles. I have qualifications in social work, mental health, coaching, business and leadership and I enjoy combining these elements to deliver personalised and adaptive tutoring.

I have experience of supporting the learning and development of students, NQSWs and qualified social workers as a Practice Educator, ASYE Assessor, Guest Lecturer and Line Manager. I have specialised in supporting individuals who are struggling to reach their potential and require additional support. Support available includes the following: -Essay writing/critical reflection -Placement planning -Reflective supervision -Understanding/applying theory and legislation -Coaching/mentoring -Support with self-advocacy where there are difficulties
