About Felipe

Musician, guitarist and Bachelor of Guitars guitarist at the Universidade Paulista FAAM began his musical career at 8 years old. I begin his first chords in the Church and shortly after he decides to study at the famous Foundation of the Arts of São Caetano do Sul, where he takes lessons with great musicians such as Jorge Ervoline, Marcelo Gomes, Ogair Junior and others and can learn more about music, jazz and Brazilian music. classic music. Felipe Muniz has studied and had contacts with big names in Brazilian music such as Marcus Teixeira, Djalma Lima, Lupa Santiago, Pedro Simão, Miguel Garcia, Maestro Nelson Ayres (Harmony and Improvisation), Claudio Leal (Arrangements) among others. Resident in Italy where he lives for a few years, with his eclecticism and versatility capable of playing from Brazilian rock to music and jazz, Felipe Muniz has worked with several artists in Europe as a sideman, as well as working on Broadway musicals such as We will rock you, Mamma mia among others. Working on his first CD entitled "Vinculos", he developed his work with his quartet of Brazilian instrumental music and jazz creating a fusion of rhythms. In Brazil he accompanied several artists and bands from the national scene such as Graça Cunha, Fernando Rios, Isabeh, Banda Black Rio, Jamah (high hours), Circulado de Fulo, as well as having participated in tours throughout the country where he accompanied the large group Il Divo among others. In his career he has also worked alongside musicians such as David Rangel, Fernando Rosa, Wagner Barbosa (silibrina), Ricardinho Paraiso, China d'castro, Speakin Jazz Big band, among others. As a music teacher he has been teaching since he was 16 years old in different schools in Brazil, and now with his method he has worked with lessons online and via WhatsApp where he has developed a practical and functional method for beginners, intermediate and advanced levels

About the lesson

I always try to see what the student likes to learn, each student has a different life and a different way of learning, I prefer not to have a fixed method, but I prefer to find the path that the student wants to learn.
