About Jack
I have a deep passion for film editing and genuinely enjoy the collaborative nature of the creative process. Working with others, whether it's on a project or in a teaching environment, energises me and often leads to fresh, inspiring ideas. One of the most rewarding parts of what I do is introducing people to the art of editing. Seeing someone discover the power of storytelling through cuts, pacing, and rhythm is always an exciting experience. It’s incredibly fulfilling to help others unlock their creative potential and develop confidence in their editing abilities.

Every lesson combines structured learning with artistic freedom, so you leave not only with technical skills but also the confidence to create work that truly feels like yours. I am very patient with all my students, allowing them to progress at their own pace. Typical lesson length is 1 hour.
