I am a Film and Television Director of Photography.
Lecturer at Reading College for the last six years. BBC trained.
All students without exception progressed from Level 3 to Level 4 at University. Many have gone on to pass with honors.

Show and teach by example. I don't have to blind the student with what I know but get them to feel confident in what they learn and how that will be an asset for their future. Show them that attitude within our industry, a willingness to learn are as important as knowledge of the craft as well. To be great at any one discipline, they must first understand them all.
