About Silje
I am a dedicated and passionate literature student that has a profound investment of the importance of inclusive and accessible education. More than that, I am very aware of the crucial place the arts have both in society and within academia and work actively to promote the role of the humanitarian and creative arts in contemporary spaces. This makes me a motivated tutor and my time-keeping and organisational skills are excellent due to the busy nature of my schedule.

I like to get a sense of what the student would like to get out of my sessions and target teaching personally to them. My techniques are to stimulate an engaging and professional setting with which to further the student's skills as well as promoting a creative environment for learning as well.
Previously I have thaught music in a school-band setting and this more musical and creative experience is something I incorporate in my academic tutoring.
Length of lesson is flexible, catered to the student's needs. Lessons can be catered to any age and level within the secondary school system.
