TEACHING TECHNIQUES:
Instead of explaining pages and pages of information and forcing it to memory, I prefer to guide my students through a simple framework/ a skeleton / the very ( usually simple) idea behind each complicated physiologic or pathologic process in the human body. Medicine is a huge collection of just facts about the human body which are impossible to store all at once in memory. The only method to this madness is to know the how and why of biologic event.
