My training method is simple, we study together as peers, its much easier for students to engage freely in studying sessions when they feel free around you, and not feeling like they are clueless. I base my classes on a particular topic, covering the most important concepts, making sure that my students understands the bigger picture in order to make the module more easy and fun for them, the more they are interested, the better their chances of achieving excellence. I approach each topic with a more realistic scenario, an instance of what they might do with the skill in the real world.
