About Eleanor
I am currently a French (and History) student at the University of Exeter. I have just spent a year abroad in France, Brittany, to be exact and naturally, my language improved a lot whilst I was there! I have had teaching experience in France, as I worked in a school for seven months. I love to help others, it makes me feel extremely fulfilled and is very rewarding.

I like to tailor each lesson the individual tutee, yet still ensuring I can incorporate theory and practice into my lessons. I think it's important to understand the reasons behind certain rules in French before actually attempting to use them. I think learning new vocabulary and phrases is so important as it improves your level of sophistication in French, as well as making sure pronunciation is correct. I like to do fun exercises and also help out with any queries the tutee may have. I tutor GCSEs up to A-Level and would love to help you ace it in French!

Deadly! Brilliant really. My son is really enjoying his lessons and that's from a lad who has not gone for French prior to this. Ellie takes time to understand his gaps and even ove Skype (thanks Covid) has worked to help push him along.
