About Yana

Hi, I'm Yana. I spent 18 years at global investment banks in Zurich and London, advising the top 1% wealthiest individuals in the world on their money and financial decisions. I have also personally been through ups and downs in my own relationship with money and I know exactly how each one feels.

Money anxiety is the emotional and physical strain of being overwhelmed by financial pressures, real or perceived. It is not just about the numbers. It is a deeply personal experience that affects every aspect of your life.

If any of this sounds familiar, you are not alone:
1. Constant worry. Money is always somewhere in the back of your mind and the sense of unease rarely lifts.
2. Sleepless nights. You lie awake turning the same thoughts over, unable to switch off.
3. Loss of focus. There is so much going on in your head that everything else becomes harder.
4. Avoidance. There are things you know you should face, but somehow you keep putting them off.
5. You are not yourself. You snap, withdraw, or react in ways that don't feel like the person you want to be.
6. Your body feels it too. The tension, the fatigue, the feeling of carrying something heavy that never quite goes away.

There are two sides to every financial challenge and you need to address both. The practical situation and the emotional response to it. Research consistently shows that tackling only one is never enough. The stress doesn't disappear just because the numbers improve. This is exactly where I am uniquely placed.

On the practical side, we look at:
• Where your money actually goes and where it should go instead
• Why you might earn well but still not feel financially secure
• How to build a simple structure for saving, planning and investing that you can actually stick to
• What your real financial options are in relation to career, business and investments, and how to evaluate them clearly

On the emotional side, we work on:
• The beliefs and stories about money you have carried since childhood
• The fear, shame and avoidance that keep you stuck in the same patterns
• Building genuine confidence in your financial decisions
• Understanding how money shows up in your relationships and how to change that dynamic
• Finding what you actually want from life and making money the tool that gets you there, not the thing that controls you

The VALUE System Built from almost two decades of professional experience in finance and coaching, research and real client cases. This is the framework I use to guide every coaching journey.

It is not a fixed program. It is a personal journey built entirely around you. We move through five areas in whatever order and depth your situation requires, step by step bringing you closer to the confidence, clarity and financial security you are looking for.

This is not therapy. This is not a chat. This is honest, practical work with real outcomes.
V — Vision What do you actually want your life to look and feel like? Not what your friends have. Not what your parents expected. We define what financial freedom genuinely means for you, as a clear personal picture we can work toward together.
A — Awareness Where are you right now, financially, emotionally, behaviourally? We look honestly at where your money goes, what you avoid, and what patterns keep repeating. No judgment. Just clarity. Because you cannot change what you cannot see.
L — Liberation Your relationship with money was shaped long before you earned your first paycheck. We identify the beliefs, fears and habits keeping you stuck and dismantle them. This is where most people feel the shift.
U — Understanding Money affects your relationships, your confidence and your daily decisions. We bring clarity to all of it and build a simple, practical structure for managing your finances and making decisions you can trust.
E — Elevation Once the fog clears, the horizon opens. Career moves, business ideas, investments, lifestyle changes, things you were too anxious or too stuck to seriously consider before. Bold thinking with a concrete plan behind it.

The VALUE System is not for everyone. It is for people who are ready to stop winging it, stop avoiding it, and take control of the life they want to be proud of.

  • 1) How long have you been interested in the field of well-being and are you practicing?

My fascination with personal growth and inner transformation has been present for many years, but a profound life change in late 2019 marked the true beginning of my journey into energy work and coaching. It encouraged me to go deeper into healing and the subconscious, leading to an ongoing path of self-discovery.

Over time, I transitioned into formal studies of coaching and energy work, and today I practice professionally as a holistic life and energy coach, guiding people online through a blend of body, mind, and soul work.

I have also previously spent over 15 years in the financial sector, working in personal advisory where I guided clients not only through complex financial decisions but also through significant personal choices and the emotions that came with them. My success in that role relied heavily on empathy, intuition, and the ability to truly connect with people.
  • 2) Tell us what your discipline can bring to people's lives.

ENERGY COACHING helps people identify and release hidden blocks that keep them stuck—often without them even realizing it. These unseen emotional and energetic barriers can affect every area of life: emotional well-being, physical health, relationships, career, and even our relationship with money and abundance. By working on a deep subconscious level, energy coaching gradually removes these blocks and restores the free flow of energy, bringing vitality and positive change. After a series of sessions, people often feel more clarity, inner calm, renewed strength, and alignment with themselves. Decisions become easier, relationships shift, and life feels lighter and more meaningful.

LIFE COACHING, on the other hand, is a co-creative process. I support clients in discovering their true goals and aspirations, and then help them move toward these goals with clarity and confidence. I combine deep listening, powerful questions, structured tools, and intuitive methods to uncover what truly inspires them and to move beyond what holds them back. This approach provides not only clarity and direction but also concrete, actionable steps. It is applicable to all areas of life—health, emotional and spiritual well-being, career, and personal relationships. I deeply believe that each person is already whole and holds immense inner wisdom and capabilities. My role is to help bring these resources to the surface so they can live their full potential.
  • 3) Could you provide some instant top tips to help us feel good in body and mind?

    1. Take 3 deep conscious breaths whenever you feel overwhelmed—your nervous system resets immediately.

    2. Place your hand on your chest and say, “I am safe, I am present” to ground yourself.

    3. Move your body daily, even gently—energy wants to flow, not stagnate.

    4. Create small pauses of silence during the day; your mind and soul both need space to breathe.
  • 4) How would you describe your method as a practitioner?

My method is a blend of structure and intuition, combining the clarity of life coaching with the depth of energy work. On one hand, I use coaching tools—deep listening, powerful questioning, and structured frameworks—to help clients gain clarity, define goals, and create concrete steps forward. On the other hand, I work on a deeper, subconscious and energetic level to uncover and release blocks that traditional logic or willpower alone cannot resolve.

Each session is tailored to the individual. We start with a conversation to explore current challenges, move into gentle practices such as guided reflection or meditation, and then work with the energy and emotions that surface. This holistic approach addresses body, mind, and soul together—bringing insight, healing, and forward movement.

The goal is not only to solve a problem but to create lasting change, alignment, and a stronger connection to one’s authentic self.
  • 5) With experience, are there things you have learned or unlearned about yourself or others?

Yes. I’ve learned that people are far more resilient than they believe. And I’ve unlearned the idea that healing is linear or purely rational—it’s not. Transformation happens in layers, often in unexpected ways, and the “setbacks” are part of the path.
  • 6) Do you have a role model, a person who really inspired you?

I’m inspired by people who choose authenticity over comfort—those who dare to reinvent themselves when life calls for it. Rather than one figure, it’s these courageous individuals—teachers, mentors, and even some of my clients—who remind me daily of the power of human spirit.
  • 7) How do you personally relax; what methods work for you?

For me, relaxation comes through a balance of movement and stillness. I love starting with a workout that connects me to my body and releases tension, and then shifting into quiet time with breathwork or meditation to calm the mind.

I also find deep peace in nature—whether it’s hiking in the mountains or walking through the forest, being outdoors helps me to slow down, recharge, and reconnect with myself.
  • 8) Tell us about a memorable lesson.

One of the most powerful lessons I’ve learned is that what feels like an ending is often the beginning of something new. At the time, losing something deeply important in my life felt devastating and overwhelming. Yet, that very experience became the doorway to a new sense of purpose and to creating the practice I have today—supporting others through their own transitions. It taught me that endings are not failures, but invitations to grow, transform, and realign with who we truly are.
