About Lucy
A previous West End, Musical Theatre Performer. Who danced, sang and acted in theatre for a living. Recently qualified as a yoga instructor, personal trainer and sports massage therapist.
I am currently a university lecturer in Musical Theatre which can range from health and wellbeing support to dancing, singing, yoga and acting.
I am looking to pursue my tutoring in yoga, dancing, and singing in smaller more intimate sized groups or private one on one lessons in order to give the student that personal experience.

I enjoy supporting people in all areas of their lives. I help motivate people in what they truly want to do. I enjoy teaching yoga, dance, singing and meditation. I can instruct personal training sessions and provide exceptional massages that can help maintain a persons physical and mental wellbeing.
I believe practical application is vital. Adding new habits to old ones. Realisation, transition and decision can be exceptional tools to help feel what and where you want to go.
