About Emery
I was a tutor at my high-school and in order to do so I had to maintain good grades and be interviewed extensively to ensure I would be a good tutor.
I help friends and family with their often times, college level essays and they seem to really learn something from it not just nod along to what I say.

I am very detail oriented but like to create a fun, engaging environment where you feel comfortable to make mistakes and learn from them and leave feeling confident.
I like to help mold the beginning to an assignment and help with outlines, then allow my student to put in the work to build the rest themselves so we can review it together at the end to fine tune it.
